The annual ec4wda convention at DuBois is scheduled for Nov.9-12th.. If you have not reserved your rooms, DO IT NOW!! Banquet reservations can be made online, with the deadline of Nov. 5th (check your East Coaster). RegionB needs all club delegates and reps for rules and anctioning to attend. Your votes are essential for the Region. Remember your TOYS FOR TOTS contributions snd the munchies for the Hospitality room.

the hill climbers will be running bracket drag races, classes as follow ; (I,H,G) (F,E,D,) (C,B,A) AND ALL X CLASSES WILL RUN TOGEATHER. every one one get at least 3 runs.
Quality inn of lebanon will give discount on rooms just tell them you are comming to the expo fair grounds for the races.
if any one comes on thur. there will be a $15.00 camping fee that goes to expo center.

The last race for the Jr racers was at Line Mt coal bucket race. We had 43 racers and ran a double elimination event. We had our first roll over in the battery powered class. There was also a accident in the 70cc class. Thankfully both racers were ok. We also had a couple gocarts make a great save to prevent rolling over. The next race will also be an obstacle at the NBO Lee Lucas / Susquehannocks race on Sunday Aug 5th. The deadline to sign up Is going to be 8am Sunday morning. I will be there Saturday afternoon to start signing up racers. Anybody that is coming up for just the day on Sunday and wants to pre register let me know.
Also please keep in mind the Jr racer of the year award. This award will be presented at the EC4WDA convention.
The criteria for this award is:
- Good sportsmanship
- Good attendance at races
- Helpfulness
- Supportiveness to other racers
- Personal achievements / award
If you have somebody that you would like to nominate please submit a letter of nomination to me by the CHC race in October, I will have 2 people and myself to pick the winner for this award.

Location for the October 16th Region B meeting has been moved to the Kempton Fairgrounds Community Center. NOT the Rod & Gun Club. Same time – 10:00 A.M. County Line has an event there for the weekend, so it made sense to move the Region meeting there.

The next race will be Sunday Oct 2 at 9. You must be registered by 8am Sunday. I will have Registration open at 7am Sunday morning. We will be doing an obstacle event. This is the first points race for the 2012 season. The high points winners will be getting their awards Saturday evening OCT 1 after the drags are over. We have nice trophies for the top ten points winners and all participants will get something (it’s a surprise)
